Objectives: To take participants from little or no understanding of issue tracking and project planning systems to competent daily users of Jira. We aim to work through the application of Jira from planning, tracking, releasing and reporting on software projects. At the point of completion participants will be happy setting up, configuring and managing software projects with Jira. Live online exercises are designed to reinforce all of the concepts taught in this training course. |

Pre-requisites: No real pre-requisites although it would help if you’re familiar with the purpose of issue tracking systems. Even better if you have a specific need to implement an issue tracking system and would like to understand the best way to approach the implementation of Jira. |
