Benefit: The course sets out to teach attendees how to master Zephyr. With a view to developing testers, BA’s and developers skills in all aspects of test management. This Zephyr training course covers all aspects of the software development life cycle from creating your software release schedules, listing your requirements and/or defining user stories. Once in place students will be shown how to structure and link tests to those stories in the most efficient and effective way. Followed by going through the test execution process and tracking results. Traceability to defects created in Zephyr covered as well. |

Objectives: The course teaches students how to use Zephyr in real life set ups, covering configuration, day to day use and reporting. At the end of this course attendees will be skilled in running through all aspects of Zephyr and managing test cases with Zephyr. |

Pre-requisites: It would be beneficial if attendees had some experience in a test, BA or dev role and some experience of testing. However, this course would still be suitable for people new to testing and QA. |
